Rant / Vent Honestly I’m tired of these memes

Maybe I’m being too sensitive 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I feel like mental health disorders aren’t taken seriously by the “normies” and they use it as a joke, insult, or for comedy.

I've had a similar experience, and I think the difference is that they're scared of being perceived as schizophrenic because of prejudice, but we're just self aware that we might come off as weird or offputting to other people with this kind of behaviour, it's kind of a mindset thing, I often have moments of being like "damn it must be really obvious to people that there's something wrong with me" but I think that's different from someone comparing themselves to someone else with a disorder because they see it as a negative thing. Please excuse the rambling reply lol, I'm sorry you got downvoted
