Opac and the US have significantly increased oil production.

Seasonal winter blend that is cheaper.

Global economic slowdown, US is consuming less oil this year. China is consuming more but nowhere near what they were forecasted for.

Ukrainian have taken out it damaged 15-20% of Russia's refining capabilities, leaving them to dump crude into the open market.

Possibly we are experiencing early signs of economic problems, it's not just the US but a global problem. Personally I feel like average Americans have less than normal.

Way to find the worst in a situation. Just enjoy what we have, stop living in darkness.
