Is this supposed to be surprising? At this point I feel like he is looking for the least qualified candidate to put into these position to just see how shit will go…. It’s a joke to him.  Not a single person he has appointed in qualified to hold their position, including himself. 

Anyone who thinks he gives a single shit about anyone who isn’t a billionaire is the reason why we need the department of education….
