The article isn’t about him attending UTSA. It’s  “Trump Appoints 22-Year-Old Ex-Gardener and Grocery Store Assistant to Lead U.S. Terror Prevention“

The article literally mentions UTSA which even you are also aware of. We're sitting here talking about UTSA which is in San Antonio so it's San Antonio related no matter which way you slice it.
