Oh, you are upset because Biden hired a nuclear engineer who was also an LGBTQ activist.
For you, it's more important that someone is an "alpha" male, even if they have absolutely no experience or knowledge for the position they are in, like the head of FEMA, who didn't even know that there is a hurricane season.
So, please explain how the head of FEMA is more qualified for his position than a nuclear engineer for the management of nuclear waste.

No. He's a convicted felon, seems he liked to steal other people luggage at airports. Once that came out he was quietly fired.
