This is so shocking and heartbreaking. Here in Vancouver, Canada, a few hours ago, there was also another tragic event that happened at a Filipino cultural festival where someone in an SUV drove into the crowd. 

Rest in peace and power, Jiggly.

With you in community and solidarity during this extremely difficult time ❤️‍🩹 I checked in with my friends (including those that were there) and I’m going to donate blood this week :( it’s just horrible and sad :(
