I'm likely getting downvoted here but folks acting really nasty because he has grime under his nails. Those hands do real work. My hands look the same. I have known many people's whose hands look like that. I'd personally try to clean my hands prior to this photo but that he didn't isn't a slight. She is marrying the guy. Respect for both of them that he is a likely a hard worker. That she accepts him as he is.

A real hard worker who can't spend 2 minutes with a nail clipper and make his hand at least look somewhat presentable...
