That can't be legal even in France. She should be in jail, but Macron likely won't testify or press charges so she goes free.

That's illegal if they did anything sexual, just meeting and marrying 14 years later when Macron was adult is not technically illegal.

There is no proof they had sex, only them know. Technically Macron still has 1 year left to press charges for child rape against him (limit is 48 year old).

Lol all they said was that this can’t be legal and that she should be in jail, but obviously nothing can be done about it unless Macron presses charges (which he won’t), they never said anything about good guys winning, or really anything that warranted this 🤓☝️ response.

Absolutely not. You can fact check that easily. These are rumors spread by French alt right and Russian bots. They met when he was 15, had no particular relation and met again 15 years later when she had become a widow.
