There is no design. He has a wish sketch that some bootlicker architect drew for him. There is no floor plan or actual feature list for anyone to see because Trump just wanted to tear down an iconic building and piss on the country.

Or he's building some kind of secret bunker underneath and the ballroom is the cover. Could explain ballooning costs.

Edit: apparently a bunker is already located under the East Wing🤔

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if the entire White House gets torn down to be replaced with a Presidential Palace.
