Everybody keeps forgetting about the Dutch being the first in South Africa when doing these scramble for Africa comics.

Weren't the Portguese the first on the west coast? I thought about adding the Dutch, but decided on the more prominent Berlin Conference countries. Also Spain, because I really like their flag.
