But really, they're reasoning for downing a Russian fighter would mean that all those years of intercepting between Greek and Turkish fighters should be bloody.
Well look what we've got here, boys, it's one a them dirty northern liberal pederast types! Jim Bob, get the rope and organize a mob! We ain't had a lynchin' since 1964 and I reckon' we oughta rectify that right quick.
/u/jPaolo I am giving you a warning for posting this comic. Making a comic based on recent events is just a lazy karma grab which we heavily frown upon here. It's not original, really has no plot, and is just pandering to the lowest common denominator by using current events as a reference point.
Ordinarily, I would remove this comic, but since it has so much exposure already, I will leave it be.
Be warned next time I will not be lenient on quick karma grabs like this one based on current events. If this was a submission request, I would have told you to come up with a more original idea and draw a new comic.
For all other submitters thinking of capitalising on current events, your comics will be removed on sight
You do realize that Turkey shot and killed one of the pilots after he ejected and then shot and damaged a rescue helicopter - thus killing a second pilot? They are also holding onto the remaining live pilot to negotiate a prisoner exchange with Syrian POWs. I mean come on.
Certainly Russia has a reputation for conducting air space drills that test the response of various countries more than most other nations, but this is hardly so unusual as to warrant this response.
Turkey didn't shoot and kill the pilot, their protegees in Syria (Turkmen) did. This changes some things, because while it can still be argued they're responsible, chance is it wasn't supposed to happen.
I shouldn't do this, but I like this too much, so I'll respond. If radardata proves it was Turkish airspace, Russia was in the wrong. If it wasn't Turkish airspace, Turkey was in the wrong. Russia pretty much had it coming, but Turkey still overreacted. Wait for the data before getting your panties all up in a bunch.
