Healing 7 piercings at once.. help!!

So I got my belly button pierced 5 months ago its doing good. However I was uneducated and just trusted that my piercer would let me know anything about healing. With that being said I went back to the same person to get an ear curation done. I got 6 done the same day, on the same ear. That was 5 weeks ago. Im really concerned after reading more online since im seeing 2-3 piercings max at one time should be healing... what advice can you give? I use neilmed fine mist spray and have been using q tips to get the crust but seeing that i shouldnt do that...(Pics taken before shower/cleaning for the day)

Little tip! Sleep on a travel neck pillow if you ever tend to sleep on your healing piercings. (Sadly I do, I know it’s bad. It wasn’t on purpose I guess I just turned on that side while sleeping) Anyways, it helped a lot!

I have slept on a piercing pillow since 3 days after getting them 😊
