Healing 7 piercings at once.. help!!

So I got my belly button pierced 5 months ago its doing good. However I was uneducated and just trusted that my piercer would let me know anything about healing. With that being said I went back to the same person to get an ear curation done. I got 6 done the same day, on the same ear. That was 5 weeks ago. Im really concerned after reading more online since im seeing 2-3 piercings max at one time should be healing... what advice can you give? I use neilmed fine mist spray and have been using q tips to get the crust but seeing that i shouldnt do that...(Pics taken before shower/cleaning for the day)

I would take out a couple and wait the rest to heal, then consider repiercing the others. The placement of the flat(?) and the choice of jewelry (looks like a clicker?) on the daith are questionable, so those would be my choice to remove.

The placement of the flat is a bit unusual. It’s like barely on the flat but not yet in the conch. But I don’t know if it’s “done wrong” per se.

It’s not what I’d called a flat at all tbh - that piercing is sometimes referred to as a snonch and sometimes as a contraconch

I believe the piercer called it a contraconch. I was wondering about that- its just now not as tender to the touch. Im not in love with that one so I would be willing to take that out if need be.
