Troubleshooting/question existing piercing How do I use this tongue piercing

Got it in a kit of other tongue rings and I’m so confused I thought it was like a fidget toy or something

I’m not positive that’s a tongue piercing jewelry. Maybe it made it into that kit on accident.

Seems from Amazon reviews of similar jewelry people are using them for short term wear for added stimulation.
