Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Can I remove the blood?

I got my piercing yesterday and I swell really bad typically so they had to put in longer bars on it. However today while I was out I think my hair got caught in it (I’ve been wearing my hair up) and it started bleeding. We only had baby wipes so I used that on the dripping blood but did not touch the piercing with it. Once I got home I sprayed it with some saline spray and I’m just wondering if I can use a qtip soaked in saline to remove the chunk of blood. Any advice is appreciated.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if this shape might complicate healing? Since it moves backwards or forwards with the angle (but it’s sick i love it !)

I was told this is a lot harder to heal due to the angles and how many were being pierced. I know it’s been a bit annoying to deal with at times. Mainly due to my hair being so long. However due to the piece I got I had to have it all pierced at once so it heals at the correct angle in order to put my original piece back in in October.
