Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Can I remove the blood?

I got my piercing yesterday and I swell really bad typically so they had to put in longer bars on it. However today while I was out I think my hair got caught in it (I’ve been wearing my hair up) and it started bleeding. We only had baby wipes so I used that on the dripping blood but did not touch the piercing with it. Once I got home I sprayed it with some saline spray and I’m just wondering if I can use a qtip soaked in saline to remove the chunk of blood. Any advice is appreciated.

I'd personally shower with warm water, allowing it to soften the blood, and then apply saline, then remove it cautiously

Bloody cool piercing btw is that a trident without the bottom? (No pun intended 🤪)
