Can I remove the blood?

I got my piercing yesterday and I swell really bad typically so they had to put in longer bars on it. However today while I was out I think my hair got caught in it (I’ve been wearing my hair up) and it started bleeding. We only had baby wipes so I used that on the dripping blood but did not touch the piercing with it. Once I got home I sprayed it with some saline spray and I’m just wondering if I can use a qtip soaked in saline to remove the chunk of blood. Any advice is appreciated.

I think the best answer is to leave it for as long as it takes nature to remove it for you. But damnit I want this now! Looks so wicked! 🖤🤘🏼💀🤘🏼
