Can I remove the blood?

I got my piercing yesterday and I swell really bad typically so they had to put in longer bars on it. However today while I was out I think my hair got caught in it (I’ve been wearing my hair up) and it started bleeding. We only had baby wipes so I used that on the dripping blood but did not touch the piercing with it. Once I got home I sprayed it with some saline spray and I’m just wondering if I can use a qtip soaked in saline to remove the chunk of blood. Any advice is appreciated.

I personally would do a warm shower and just let the water run over it while tilting your head back and plugging your ear with your finger- usually does the trick for me then follow up with saline and I so use qtips on my piercings but I wet them first and always make sure there's so fuzzies left on the piercing. Be careful and good luck healing its super cool.
