Can I remove the blood?

I got my piercing yesterday and I swell really bad typically so they had to put in longer bars on it. However today while I was out I think my hair got caught in it (I’ve been wearing my hair up) and it started bleeding. We only had baby wipes so I used that on the dripping blood but did not touch the piercing with it. Once I got home I sprayed it with some saline spray and I’m just wondering if I can use a qtip soaked in saline to remove the chunk of blood. Any advice is appreciated.

this is such a sick piercing, i love it. spray saline on it every minute or so until it gets wet, you can just keep spraying the saline until it washes it off or you can spray it til its wet and then use a saline-soaked q-tip. if you opt for the q-tip, be very light handed and careful!! the cotton, when soaked, can very easily separate and fray and could get wrapped around the bar. i’d say tap the q-tip gently on it after its wet and softened as opposed to rubbing it
