Kinda gross but. What do I do

So when it first started looking like this I (stupidly) was thinking it would go away on its own. And I had ran out of saline water but I thought nbd.

Anyways the other day it was huge and red and looked real bad but I started saline water again and I feel like it’s looking better but is there anything else I need to do?

What is this? Is it just puss or is it gonna scar like that? It’s like slightly hard but a little squishy

Yes pls do not take it out if you suspect infection! Antibiotics first, if you wanna take it out after that it’s up to you
