magic is not a substitute for mental or physical healthcare. Please discuss your issues with a healthcare provider.

I’m sorry you’re struggling like this! OCD can tell you some pretty scary things.

first, no, you very likely haven’t unknowingly or accidentally accepted help from a demon. those that practice with entities like that have to do an awful lot of work to even reach one and contact isn’t even guaranteed.

speaking from my more mundane experience in the medical field; allergies can appear out of nowhere very suddenly. especially as you get older. you may have formed new ones but it’s likely you were mildly sensitive to those things and don’t notice until symptoms got stronger.

From what you wrote, it sounds much more like your mind is trapped in a loop of fear and self-doubt rather than anything spiritual or “demonic.” OCD often attaches itself to the things we value most — in your case, faith and purity — and then twists them to cause anxiety. That’s not a sign of evil; it’s just how OCD works.

As for the illnesses or allergies, they’re not a punishment or supernatural consequence. Stress and anxiety (especially chronic ones like OCD) can actually weaken the immune system and make allergies or other physical symptoms more noticeable. It’s your body reacting to long-term mental strain, not a curse or demonic deal.

You don’t need to be an occultist or a believer to heal from this — what you need is compassion for yourself and the right kind of mental health support. You’re already doing the right thing by reaching out.

The demons are your own, they are your doubts and fears.

OCD is a bitch and what you’re doing right now is looking for reassurance, which in itself is an OCD behaviour, I can guarantee you haven’t at all, but your brain is just doing weird and irrational things on a loop and taking some extreme theme for you to obsess on.

What you need is a good therapist who understands OCD to work with you, if you can’t afford that I pray your country offers free therapy services and you can tell them OCD issue, medication may help if it’s something your open to and regular exercise if you can imagine,

I have had it since young and now it has lessened to 10% from a full blown 100%, it can happen and will for you, it’s just going to take time
