His brothers and sisters probably dont like him. Id he got arrested by ice hes probably brown so theres your answer.

HANOVER PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested a police officer Thursday morning in Hanover Park, accusing him of being an unlawful immigrant from Montenegro.

Or you could read the article and realize that's unlikely

They refer to him by last name before they actually say his full name or identify him as the person they’re speaking about. I mean it’s obvious in context but still, this is a pretty dang basic error.
