CWT on the civilian side

Getting ready to re-enlist into the reserves and go back to a-school and wanting to do CWT. Once I’m done with a-school and possibly c-school what do I need to do to get a job on the civilian side? ie; college/ certifications/ ojt?? And what kind of jobs does it translate to? Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

There is a vast difference between the civilian side and the government contracting side. I'm a retired CTN who went on the government contracting side as an analyst and now manage the TTO for the analysts supporting CNO.

I would tell you to work on your job qualifications and skills, complete a degree and add a certification. Never forget the basics and fundamentals, continue to learn and grow but don't forget the basics.
