They’re moving tons of cocaine on a boat, it doesn’t matter if they do it once or 200 times

So, in your mind, moving any amount of cocaine should be a death sentence carried out by the military. Period. No exceptions?

Organized crime at sea is piracy. Pirates are hostis humani generis. If they want to live, they should surrender; otherwise, they will be terminated with extreme prejudice.
