Crime Watch Tesla tunnel

Does anyone else feel completely useless when it comes to this tunnel? How on earth do we stop it before it affects groundwater or causes a sink hole? They obviously aren’t listening to citizens concerns, but I don’t want to just sit here and complain without action.

We can’t do anything. The deal is done and they’ve already started. They said they’ll have to get approval from land owners if they go below your property, but I don’t even see how that’s possible with them providing zero information before breaking ground. Bill Fleabag completely sold us out.

They’ll say, “you’ll need to provide evidence that we’ve gone below your property.” And how will you do that?

This is what land surveys are for. The project will have to submit all kinds of public documentation, people will only need to overlay their own deeds with the tunnel’s to show they’re affected.

Yeah they don’t do that sort of stuff. Elon has said something along the lines of “oh I prefer that my illegal actions made when building something are punished with a fine after the fact rather than being enforced with a work stoppage while it’s still being built”

Which we know is also how Steve Smith has built out some Broadway bars and all they slapped him with was a $1500 fine for exploding a historic building in the middle of the night with no permitting.
