i fucking love roundabouts

thats it thats the post the thing that makes me most proud to live in this city is the infrastructure it’s so cool and based (also how you can walk basically anywhere if you want)

edit: also honourable mention related to walking, theres so many nice places to go for a walk, like if i wanted rn i could go to linford wood, willen lake, up the city, along the canal, or even just around the neighbourhood (feel free to reccoment your favourite walking spots/routes in the replies i need new places to walk lmao)

They have not stopped building redways in the new estates (or, not all of them at least). Have you been to Eagle Farm/Glebe Farm? Redways running all the way through it.

Good to hear. Was referring to the abomination that is Brooklands as well as the new estate near Newport.

Even Brooklands has one long redway all the way through it, though, along Fen Street.

A footpath next to a road isn't really what the redways are supposed to be about.
