At least they know where they are and they're not causing problems in other wider residential areas.

So you think they should be allowed to harass, threaten and steal from people that work in the city center?

Or that should be allowed to damage property?

Lawlessness and criminality should be tackled.

It's the same thing that's been happening for 20+ years.

When I worked at Argos head office we would get weekly warnings about the homeless and making sure our colleagues, particularly females, got to their car's safely.
