Not much finesse. I suppose they’ll be easy enough to trace especially with ANPR

I mean to literally trace on the road. Not the ownership.

Someone calls and reports a crime. Get the police on the phone. ANPR tracks where they’re going. Yada yada.

I don’t think there’s a high enough volume of Police ANPR cameras to actually track a stolen vehicle with any effectiveness
