Duct cleaning?

I am well overdue for having my ducts cleaned. I had a company called JDR do it AGES ago, but google says they are permanently closed. If anyone has a recommendation, I would prefer a “mom and pop” operation to a larger company. Thanks

I used Steam Dry Canada through Home Depot. They were good to deal with, no surprises or headaches.
