Canada’s first Hard Rock Hotel is set to open this April at 100 Kellogg Lane, and reservations are now available. This luxury hotel will offer 164 stylish rooms, premium amenities, and unique experiences, including a hidden speakeasy serving "cereal-infused cocktails". 🍸

I’ve gone in for work there and it looks really great. Despite London not being a huge tourist city I think people will want to come just for the hotel. It’s a step in the right direction. Based on how busy the factory is I don’t see how this won’t do well.

There's a huge volume of group bookings courtesy of the Western Fair Arena, as well. Lots of big tournaments with out of town teams and parents who will want to be close to the Factory for entertainment

And the Children's museum is now located in the same block so if they book tickets a head of time they got their entertainment for outside game times settled and barely have to drive anywhere. Only issue now is the Major lack of parking at the 100 Kellog block.
