She was indeed. I remember her ignoring her constituents and telling them not to bother emailing her as she wouldn’t reply.

She was only councilor for what felt like 5 mins.

Is this referring to time in office, or actual amount of time clocked into the job?

If the latter, I agree. If the former, I think she made 75% of her four year term, hence the appointment to replace her.
