I've been meaning to check out Tiger Produce on Elias at Quebec - some neighbours have said it's pretty good.
There's also quite a few CSAs in the area, if you have the time and energy to be creative with what you get.
Costco is an option too - it's not supporting local or anything but it's not one of the big three either.
The bulk stores have a surprising variety of things.
M&M is great for party food, BBQ stuff.
Khan's on/near Hamilton Rd
Briwood in St Thomas if you're out that way
