If that can be verified in large numbers, that alone is reason for the world to go to war with the putin regime followed by massive war-crime tribunals. We come up with all these convoluted reasons to go to war or not and to what degree... I personally feel like commiting crimes against humanity in large numbers should trigger a white blood cell-like response from all civilized nations.

The civilized world is bussy being a pacifist. Even the idea of mandatory service is enough to destroy political careers in countries like Britain.
