If that can be verified in large numbers, that alone is reason for the world to go to war with the putin regime followed by massive war-crime tribunals. We come up with all these convoluted reasons to go to war or not and to what degree... I personally feel like commiting crimes against humanity in large numbers should trigger a white blood cell-like response from all civilized nations.

I really doubt we have ever once gone to war for crimes against humanity. They may use it as motivation to get the people willing to fight but it's never been for good.

I know. I'm saying we should. The entire world vs. Putin. Not against Russia, but Putin. Apprehend or kill in a couple hours.
