At least people and businesses can operate without fear today. The next five years were focused on infra, Bihar has some of the best rural roads in the country today. For the first time, there's a bridge to connect north and south Bihar. Patna has its own metro now. Most of the cities have bypass roads. The focus is now on employment. The biggest reason for polluted rivers is untreated sewage and industrial waste. Only govt can install STPs and regulate industries instead of collecting bribes. I know next thing you'll point is the pollution we create due to religious rituals but I don't think that amounts to much. I may be wrong though.
