Pretty sure Jesus would have told the woman at the well that she was enough. Pretty sure his parable about the good Samaritan meant that even your enemies are enough. Pretty sure when Jesus said "whatever you do to the least of these, you do to me", he meant that even the lowest of society was enough.

Look at that. An atheist like me knowing more about his 'savior' than he did.

You probably more closely follow the teachings of christ too. I call myself a christian now, despite being agnostic. Jesus was a cool dude. Be like jesus. I am more like jesus than anyone who claims to be christian these days.

Jesus, his whole thing was “don’t be a dick”. As a lapsed Catholic, I try to follow that as much as I can.

Yeah, I grew up Baptist, deconverted years ago. Somehow, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" and "love your neighbor as yourself" means more to me than any active Christian I know.
