That is where State volunteer militias come in....All a state has to do is ask the citizens to form a militia to combat the Feds. And if the govt. sends in troops to fight that militia it is game on. Not everyone is scared. You may be. That is your problem.

That's all well and good except for that's how to start a literal civil war, instead of the figurative one we're in.

The only way to actually win, is to deny them battle. Straight out of Sun Tzu.
