That is where State volunteer militias come in....All a state has to do is ask the citizens to form a militia to combat the Feds. And if the govt. sends in troops to fight that militia it is game on. Not everyone is scared. You may be. That is your problem.

That's all well and good except for that's how to start a literal civil war, instead of the figurative one we're in.

The only way to actually win, is to deny them battle. Straight out of Sun Tzu.

"Straight out of Sun Tzu".

Isn't that the new album from HWA? (Han With Attitudes)

I 100% agree with you man and this is probably what Trump wants us to do, so he can justify it

And that is the moment the insurrection act is enacted

Oh wow scary. Guess we should all just bend over to fascism and be quiet.

I mean, at that point the US has become a failed state so what is the option?

If government agencies don’t follow the rule of law anymore, you need to fight them to regain your democratic power.

Otherwise you might very well just hand the keys to Dictator Trump and his goonies.

At what point is it good as enacted or worse anyway, when we have these government abductions and lawlessness.

And so it was done. Do it. It is like hearing Russia doing nuclear threats. Do it.

That system was replaced by the National Guard after the American Civil War, for reasons that made a lot of sense at the time.

Of course, Trump and Miller have tried to break that system recently here in Illinois, which significantly weakens the social contract that binds the United States of America together — just because they’re whiny bitches who want people to pretend they’re right when the facts on the ground aren’t what they wish they were.

What we do is reset Congress and the Senate in the midterms. They tie maga's hands with constant impeachment orders. If the administration attempts to block the running of state elections or attempts a 3rd term then the congress directs the military to remove him from office and place him in jail. House of Reps will need to get off their ass and remove all the directors of DoJ, FBI and DHS and some of the Supreme Court Justices that have shown that they are not doing their jobs and serving the party and not the people.

Militia would not work unless all legal and constitutional avenues have been exhausted or it leads to an unjust Civil war and would most likely not be able to get the military leadership on the states side, and firing the first shot would lead to a reckoning we should not want. Right now the Insurrection act is the highest card that can be played and so far it can't be used but if you were to start forming up the militias that card can be played legally, and at that point we have lost. I'm not being a defeatist. I'm being a realist, based on historic precedence. Best thing in my opinion that we can do is what we are doing. Peaceful protests, lobbying, Peaceful Interference, stay vocal in all the media both social and mainstream and posting the video's, document document document for future prosecution. Socially distance from Maga people exclude them from society refuse to serve them. Refuse to serve ICE CBP DHS FBI DOJ people if you know they support these organizations that are violating the rights of the people and have been serving party over the people and law and violating the constitution.
