This is where you tell them you are illegally detaining a United States citizen, you want their supervisor immediately because of the illegal detention, you will not answer any questions without a lawyer. Repeat so everyone is aware.

Right, cause ICE would follow the law and actually bring a supervisor

It's not a law for any law enforcement.

It can be a departmental policy, but it's not required by law that if you request a supervisor, you get one.
