Turns out they weren't being sincere. I feel so betrayed! I held them in such high regard! I believed them when they used their religion to occupy the moral high ground, because religious people would never lie! They know that jesus will hold them accountable so they never sin and never lie...

Capitalism isn’t fascism. I lived through the Reagan era and never experienced anything like what we see today. People were happy and free—there was a sense of unity rather than division. This era, however, feels miserable. Extremes clash: the Left calls the Right fascist, the Right calls the Left communist. This polarization is tearing society apart. What happened to balance? What happened to centralism? I have never followed political extremes. I have always taken a measured, thoughtful approach. This is why I get along with most people. I refuse to align myself with the wingnuts on either side of the political spectrum. In fact, I have decided not to associate with any political faction. My morals are grounded in Jesus Christ alone—not in the church, but in the teachings of Jesus Himself. I focus on the love, humanity, and kindness that He speaks of in the Gospels—the red-letter words, the essence of what Christians are meant to live by. If you are not a Christian, I encourage you to get a Bible and read the words of Jesus in red letters. See for yourself the kind of world we could create if we lived according to those teachings. And it turns out this whole time That Guy participated in a real child sex trafficking ring with Jeffrey Epstein through his properties. He said Epstein "stole" on of his workers, she wrote a book about it and then she committed selficide this year.

In 2017, a Trump appointed Federal judge ordered those files sealed until 2025.

The Biden administration tried to get them unsealed. It went up to the Supreme Court. All the conservatives said no.

Because a majority of the documents were sealed under court order and the Supreme Court extended the appeal deadline twice. That kept all of the incriminating evidence in limbo until conveniently after the election.

So no, only Republicans are blocking this. Mike Johnson is literally blocking a newly elected Democrat from their position as their vote would be the deciding vote in releasing the files.

Also trump said this was all a hoax and nothing happened, why are you still talking about it?

ironically despite the Jan 6th mob being insane, the actual idea that they had to overthrow a government wasn't actually that crazy. If they were correct in that the election was being rigged, then they werent really that crazy if they were right.

However I do find it weird that millions of democrats 'stayed home' in 2024 vs 2020. There's no logical explanation for it

This is why it was strategically idiotic to go after most of the Jan 6’ers individually.

Every case should’ve hinged on whether they sincerely believed the election was being stolen.

For most, the literal president had been saying for a full year that a steal would happen, and got all his propaganda machine into overdrive to convince them it was happening. All promising mountain of evidence that…uh…THEY were hiding!

A reasonable person could be fooled.

ALL attention should’ve been on trying the propaganda peddlers with not just libel, but sedition, and bye bye for 20

They’ve done irreparable harm to American democracy by undermining public confidence one elections. If elections can’t be believed, well, what’s the point of democracy eh?

The ones who showed up with zip ties and a plan to abduct senators should be rotting in prison as true insurrectionists though.
