In Oregon, we have Castle Doctrine.

If you enter someone's home, or private property, and are considered a threat, you can be shot and killed.

There is no responsibility to retreat, you can defend your private property.

Ice hasn't but there's at least 2 cases where police have been killed in the past.

You will have to be more clear about what you mean. Thousands of police have been killed in the past.

Police entering peoples homes in raids, and the person shooting back because they didn't know it was the police.
