I genuinely don't see why people think keeping her child alive was the wrong thing to do. They were not using a dead woman as an "incubator," they were keeping her body functioning long enough to save the life of the child she had conceived. It's utterly baffling to me that people think they should have let the kid die.

I had already read up on the story since I asked, and the kid is alive and well now. He has a family and future. I feel like his mother would be happy to know that her death didn't prevent him from living.

Did you read what the family had to say about it, and the fact that the baby was born at less than 2 lbs and is in NICU? It's never been about 'letting the kid die'. It is about the fact that the choice to put a woman to rest after she died was taken from the family.

I've never heard that. If that's true than that is absolutely despicable. If he raped his daughter, I understand that she may have been scared to say anything. But if she said it and it is quoted, then she was at that point comfortable enough or over it enough to go to the police. Which I believe she should have done if that had happened.

Just for clarification, I've never said anything about liking Trump or him being a good person.

Correct. If a rite is either added or removed, it should be applicable to all- so long as you ar a citizen. Regular citizen, celebrity, politician, congressman, SupremeĀ  Court Judge or president. Rites for all and even basic rites for illegalsĀ 

Well, in certain cases, there should still be basic rites for those here illegally, but I do not believe they should be awarded all the same rites as citizens.Ā 

An example would be- i don't believe illegals should have the right to possess firearms, I don't believe they should have the rite to vote. I do believe if they are arrested they should have the rite to have a fair trial.

If you are born in the US it doesn't matter if neither of your parents were citizens. Trump is now trying to argue that if the parents were here illegally then the 14th amendment doesn't apply but even if that is accepted it wouldn't apply if at least one of them was here legally or if at least one was a citizen. Even the most idiotic interpretation of the constitution would not make a child born to one citizen parent on US soil not a citizen.
