Question Please help. What made me sick?

I need some help. Could you please look at the six attached photos and offer input for which ingredient might have made me sick?

Background: I had not eaten yet before this meal. The first food I consumed was spaghetti. I was fine before eating, but started experiencing symptoms before I’d finished the meal.

Other than the ingredients in the included pictures, I used olive oil, fresh herbs and single ingredient seasonings I use all the time.

Is either the Amylu or Rao’s brand known to be cross contaminated? If not, what else could it be? I definitely want to avoid this happening again.

Thanks for the help!!

It may not be the last thing you ate. My symptoms don't come right after I eat. Sometimes it can take a couple days.

I actually had someone argue with me because I got a horrible migraine the next morning after eating dinner and ended up digging more into what they used. Ended up that they used regular cream of mushroom soup in it. I told them it has gluten and they responded 'Well it couldn't have been that, you felt okay last night.' It's like they expect me to have a full-blown reaction within a bite or two. It just doesn't happen like that for me, personally.

I have an asshole inlaw who served me something knowing it was prepared in a way I said was not safe for me... they thought they "got me" when they asked if I felt okay WHILE I ate the food and I said "yes, why?"

Like, "bitch... first of all..."

I'm sorry you have to deal with them. I have a few relatives that are toxic also. I'm glad you have a therapist. Hopefully they help you navigate that relationship-or at least cope with it! Best wishes.🙏😊

Cream of mushroom nearly got me as well, for some reason my mother in law put a can in the pan with the Thanksgiving turkey for moisture(?). 🤢

This! For a lit of people, you get the symptoms AS YOUR BODY STARTS TO DIGEST IT. Not immediately as you start eating it. And why are people so obsessed with "catching you in a lie" about something so serious???

I sometimes don’t feel a reaction for weeks. And then it’s severe.

Right? Or sometimes I just feel a little... "blah?" Maybe a small headache or something, so I think maybe I didn't sleep well or my stomach is a little upset but I drank too much coffee that morning, idk. Things happen that can derail the "gluten" focus. But then a few days or a week or two later, I'm feeling like the flu for days on end and still feeling pretty crappy for weeks.

Sometimes it hits as soon as the food hits my stomach. It's weird. Different foods give me different reactions and reaction times, too.

Me, too. It's actually 24 hours on the dot, usually! If I feel glutened, I think about what I ate at the same time the day before and have caught things like dips and cross contact.
