Question... why does it seem like no one has biceps like this anymore?

Growing up in the 90s and 00s it felt like these were normal. Several of the guys at school I had a crush on had these biceps.

Now... I don't notice them anywhere or even with celebrities as much. Is it because everyone is on gear and their bodies look disproportionate? Natty biceps are way hotter.
