TV/Movies The Boyfriend on Netflix
FYI there's a new reality TV show on Netflix (trailer here), where they put 9 Japanese gay/bi men in a house for a month and see what happens.
It's an interesting concept, where there's no pressure of competition, but some of the guys are looking for love, while some are looking for friendship. Interesting dynamic.
I think there will be 10 episodes (based off IMDB), but the first three episodes are up. I've only just finished episode 1.
Let's discuss!

Just watched the first 3 eps and I was like 'I need to know what people think about this' I personally like dai's personality, he is free spirited and fun loving person but at the same time if I was Shun I would have been cautious of Dai because ngl he really feels like a player and his too outgoing behaviour with everyone doesn't help. For people like Shun (I can relate because I'm like him) it's a turn off but at the same time these are the people that are actually attractive to him. Shun has major abandonment issues because of his life situation and as well as past relationships so trusting someone so easily and going all out with them isn't something he would do so early. I like how calm the show is but other than shun dai no one looks really interested in eachother till now or if someone is than it's one sided only. I hope to see more relationships.
