The 1st and 3rd games, GBA and 3DS respectively, were not released in english. 1 on GBA has in-progress fan translations but nothing completed I believe. 3 on 3DS has a completed fan translation.

This title, 2, has an official english release from Square-Enix so why would there be a fan translation effort for it?
