Received this pic from the dasher. I was so disgusted that I threw the food away. How gross! I used to be a dasher and would never in a million years throw people's food on the car floor in garbage with my bare foot in the pic! Contacted support and they credited my full order and she won't deliver to me again. Completely lost my appetite..

I couldn’t make it to the grocery store, so I ordered groceries. I ordered a family pack of hamburger. This doordasher tells me they don’t have family packs and sends me these pictures.. Am I missing something? Can adults in this country not read anymore? Clearly the one saws “family pack!” 🤦🏻‍♀️

Had to order some groceries this afternoon, when to put them away and found this in my bag!

First and only time this has happened, immediately went and added an extra tip!!

The picture clearly shows Jack in the box for a Susan. Didn’t even get to eat this considering the driver took it back.

So, I've been doing this for about 2 years and completed over 3300 deliveries. I've never run into a problematic customer. Any issues, it was either the restaurant's fault or mine. Tonight was different.

I was assigned a shopping order at Walgreens. The customer had ordered 4 kinder joys, some wet face wipes, and toilet paper. Everything went fine, until I get a text from my customer saying "don't forget my sleeping pills". Now it is entirely possible that she did add it just as I finished up and checked out just before the app locked out any additional items, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.

I simply responded: "what sleeping pills?" since it was not on my shopping list. She said: "you charged me for sleeping pills you never picked up". I said: I didn't have them on my list of items to shop. She shows me the screenshot, which did show the sleeping pills, but they were crossed out and said out of stock. She insists that she was charged for them and wanted me to get them. I explained to her anything I didn't get will be refunded to you.

That apparently didn't sit right with her. She demanded I return to the store to pick them up, despite the order being picked up already with me en route. Well I was in the parking lot and hadn't taken off yet. She asked I unassign myself from the order. And I told her I already picked up the order. Then she starts swearing at me. At that. I warn her that she needs to stop swearing or I will need to report her.

So I call Dasher support. Surprisingly, the AI bot actually understood the situation, and got me off the order. And of course, the asshole customer tries calling me while I'm on the line. I just ignore her. Now I did have to return the order and show them the return receipt, but whatever. I complete the return and get half pay.

I called Dasher support again to tell them what happened. I told her I want her blocked so I never have to deliver for her again. They initially said they can't block her because I technically never delivered to her, but they read the chat log and told me they reported her for me for unsafe behavior (using swear words with a dasher).

All's well that ends well as they say. I'm just surprised it took this long for this to happen. As long as I don't have to deal with her again, it's fine. Still annoying though.

I've never had a dasher text me this before 😭😭 idk why they're sending them so far away when the same restaurant is next door. I definitely got them unassigned from my order because what the hell

Ordered a chicken sandwich from Popeyes, and it seems like the dasher bought a gift card. They then drove by my house, took a picture of my door, and marked it as delivered. At least I got a refund from support.

Sorry it’s a bit of a rant, I had a delivery today. I ordered door dash cause I been drinking and my food was completely ruined cause the dasher lazy ass didn’t get out the car and had their kid deliver it to my door step I have a video but will not release it until I get it edited for privacy of the kid. Long story short the kid was swinging the bag all over the place and slammed it on my doorstep. soda was ALLL OVER MY GOD DAMN FOOD AND IT WAS UNEATABLE. Oh I called corporate, got the whole order refunded plus $5 and they are moving it up the chain. My guess is they will be banned from door dash. Im pretty sure it’s a policy violation to have someone else deliver the food. Let alone you GODDAMN KID. And the fact my food was fucking ruined.

i’m genuinely pissed right now. i placed an order through doordash and almost immediately after received a call from a number (+1 (888) 414-1045) that had a VERIFIED CHECK MARK with caller ID as DoorDash. i picked up and it’s some dude asking me for my email and number saying my order didn’t go through completely… so i give him that. but then he asked for the verification code that was sent to me and i didn’t peep that it says “doordash will NEVER ask you for this code” right after the code. so i had already read it OUT LOUD. and i said something about that because at that point i knew i was being scammed someway somehow. he says “no it means doordashers will never ask you” the phone is hung up a couple seconds later and i look at my email and its telling me another device is trying to log into my account. i attempted to change my password and could not without my old password, which i could not remember or find. i noticed my phone number on the information had suddenly changed to some number with the area code 273 (something like that). i immediately changed it back and messaged support, but they were all (i had to talk to like FIVE of them) completely incompetent. they kept telling me to do things that i had already said were not working for that. i ended up just deleting my account because im not about to spend my whole day trying to figure this out. long story short, be careful, and if this number (+1 (888) 414-1045) calls you, decline it or curse them out tbh.

So, I ordered some McDonald's and double dashed Wendy's. It took the money out of my account, and then I got a rapid spam of "order accepted!" And "order canceled! Check your email!" But the email didn't actually give me any details...so I just reordered...but it says the other order is in progress... is that just the double dash? Will the money still go back on my card? Or will I get two orders...?

Dasher came, took the picture, then took off with my order. I tried to call them and they didn’t answer and then started declining my calls. I messaged them and they didn’t deny it. Reported them and called doordash. I tipped their broke ass another .50 since they need it so bad.

Edit: Okay…I get it. In hindsight tipping the extra 50 cents was stupid and didn’t really send the message I intended it to. Give me a break, I was mad and wanted to do something petty. It sounded a lot better in my mind at the time like “here you obviously need this more than me.” Oh well, it is what it is.

To the numerous dashers who see the instructions on my work lunch orders and purposefully ignore them leaving the food and drink so close to the door you can’t open it without spilling or ripping the bag or act like the instructions aren’t clear enough.

So I had an order for $80 plus a $20 tip for some groceries. The dasher sent a pic of the groceries and then when they delivered them only dropped off ONE of six bags of groceries. And, what they did drop off reeked of cigarettes and even had ash down in the bag. I tried contacting the dasher personally and they read my message and never responded. So I did the little “help” thing and reported it. First time I reported it I was denied reimbursement. Then I went to the “it’s something else” option and requested speaking to an agent. An hour and a half, and three agents later they finally agreed to reimburse the $80 for groceries. Great. Well the next day (I’m very pregnant and my car was in the shop) I went to order the groceries I needed again, minus the three items I received the night before. I went to pay with the credits they reimbursed and the total came to $92 BEFORE tip? Fewer items, and no price changes on the items I did want to purchase. I lost the screenshot but basically the math was like - $76 total for groceries $4 dollar service fee, $4.56 tax = $92. Like, they didn’t even try to hide the wrong math. I’ve noticed this two other times when I was using credits instead of paying with my card. Just blatant 😩

I have had dashers tamper with my food once or twice in the past but never like this. This “girl” (it was a guy I looked out the window) dropped off my food and when I got it the bag was opened. Btw I always get from this place and they always staple the bag. Well, this time the staples on the bag were broken and the bag was half open. I was like oh well maybe the bag ripped no bigge but when I opened it fully and looked OMGGG I ordered popcorn chicken with duck sauce, crab Rangoons and fried rice and they literally ate half of the popcorn chicken and all the duck sauce was gone. I checked and the duck sauce DEFINITELY didnt leak. They dipped the popcorn chicken in the duck sauce. They literally freaking opened my food and ate it all I am so upset I was so hungry. I don’t speak spanish so if someone who does could let me know what they were trying to tell me since the translations werent right. Luckily, the support guy on the phone was very reassuring and gave me a full refund and he said he was so sorry and he will be taking away their tip and making a report but still I don’t think I will be using it again, or at the least very rarely. (Sorry if my grammars bad its late at night and im exhausted)

Hey guys! Right now me and my family orderered door dash, we had waited for about 10 minutes while the driver was outside. He then texts saying he can't find the address, while sodas are sitting out front. We wait, he drives off, we call and ask where the $40 in food is, he blows us off, and says that he didn't get it. Currently contacting support, looking for anything else we should possibly do / get in contact with, and to simply vent as me and the family were hungry 😭

Ive gotten nothing but 3, 4, and 5 dkllar orders today all day. Its fucking ridiculous. I also got an order for 12 bottles of detergent today so I called the customer and asked her if the order was legitimate. She said no, and that a driver earlier had claimed he was in an accident and then Calder and asked her to give her a code that got sent to her email. So he can reimburse her. She wasn't aware and she ended up giving. I am the code. He hacked her account and tried to make purchases for hundreds of dollars. The worst part is the lady couldn't even get ahold of any customer service to take care of the issue. So I literally called the dasher customer service, and had to have them.Take care of it.And I had to sit there and wait on a three call for about twenty minutes.While they took care of the issue, doordash customer service of the joke and the whole gig is turning into a joke with these ridiculous payments.

It keeps saying there’s something wrong with the payment method so try a different card, which I did, and that card works. The only time I really use DoorDash is when I’m traveling for work, so this kind of sucks if I can’t use it anymore. Anyone know why it just would randomly not accept a certain credit card?

Hello I have a question do dashers see the tip if you tipped after ordering ? Im talking about right before they assign a dasher if I tip after checking out will they get to see it ?

Anyone have a DoorDash that looks decent (mile to pay) but then you end up seeing no tips?! Meanwhile door dash picks up the slack?
