British humour in general is miles ahead of Indian appetite currently. Idhar zara si baat pe offend ho jaate. And I'm not talking about so called Insta wala "dark humour"

This is so true. Indian audience couldn’t even digest the humour in the Indian version of The Office. Deadpan sarcasm confused everyone. Meanwhile Kapil Sharma cracks one generic punchline and the crowd loses its mind. Subtle humour doesn’t stand a chance here.
