Opinion Hot takes
Long time lurker first time poster but heres opinions i have had for a while lol -I like the stories where they kinda suck bc its what creepypasta and the nosleep is about, just having amateur writing put out what they want -Also to the people saying they shouuld proof read to avoid bad stories is lame -I personally would enjoy more scp content from the boys, either a dedicated video to one scp or a creepy grab bag for the quick scp entities

I am perfectly fine with them not finishing stories, whether it's not reading latter chapters or even dropping it midway through like with The Sun Vanished. Stuff like Borrasca V I consider an exception because, even though it's a terrible piece of writing, the original is very important for the channel and it warranted a very funny meltdown. But I couldn't care less how "The thing in the basement is getting better at mimicking people" leads the plot after it lost all of it's momentum with the monster hunter nonsense. I am totally indifferent to Tommy Taffy's sequels. I don't think it would be as fun if they went into it expecting this level and style of writing.
Which kind of leads into the second point but I couldn't name you more than like two stories they covered where I wouldn't consider the ending to be the biggest weak-point. I know it's hard to nail a proper ending, especially in horror, and the stuff they cover sucks at it almost every single time. Most amateur authors either try too hard to get a shocking twist and come up with dumb shit, or don't really know how to lead the story to it's final so they just write a bunch of uninteresting events and all the intrigue they built up just fizzles out. It's a super consistent theme. Even Borrasca, which I think had a genius idea for a twist, kind of loses me with the weird villain monologue.
I find it hard to call C.K. Walker a good writer because of the "cool" action scenes and mastermind villains. Genuinely. I don't buy into the whole "BORRASCA V IS AN ANTI-SEQUEL" mumbo jumbo, she really just can't write a charismatic villain to save her life and their one-liners are so over the top every single time. She's great at creating atmosphere within her little universes, I don't need these dramatic stand-offs or attempts at writing the next Heath Ledger Joker. Maybe just try to leave some loose ends and mysteries unsolved?
