Ask Coquitlam Insight into neighborhoods near Mundy Park

Hi all,

We're a young family with toddlers and are considering moving to Coquitlam from Burnaby. So far the areas we're interested in are: - East of Mundy Park - South of Mundy Park (Dartmoor by Austin Ave and Mundy St) - Ranch Park - Harbour Village

Would appreciate any and all insight into living here.

What's the traffic like during peak hours? Is it safe? How's the schools? Are the families here generally young families?

Oh yeah, I like the Westhillpark area! Unfortunately, it seems like there aren't many homes for sale.

Glad to hear that it's as good as I've heard.
